- Please fill in the application form, signed by a responsible person of the enterprise and stamped with a company chop. The duly completed form can be returned by email.
- Other than the information contained in the form, enterprise is required to provide company logo, brand logo and QR code for Wechat (if any). Please provide photos with high resolution (JPG format) for the logos and QR code.
- The organizer will check the validity of the information provided by the enterprise. If the enterprise meets our criteria, the information will be uploaded to the Directory.
- Listing of information onto the Directory is free of charge.
- Please also fill in the additional information part but the additional information will not be publicized. It is for internal reference and for better understanding of the investment, operation and working condition of HK enterprises and HK people in Guangdong, Fujian and Guangxi.
- If the enterprise is operating different categories of businesses, it may choose one of the major businesses for filling up the application form.
